利用扫描电镜(SEM)、质量损失等试验手段
研究了磷酸盐化学转化膜层生长过程中的变化规律和生成条件对腐蚀率的影响。结果表明
化学转化初期
转化膜层致密
几乎观察不到显微缺陷
腐蚀率增加
但是
随着处理时间的不断延长和膜层的增厚
致密层开始出现疏松
直至90%厚度范围都变成了疏松层
这段时间腐蚀率逐渐降低。
Abstract
The growth of phosphate conversion film on magnesium and effects of experimental parameters on corrosion rate were analyzed by SEM and weight loss. The results show that in the initial stage of chemical conversion
the obtained conversion coatings are compact and microflaw can hardly be observed
and the corrosion rate is becoming greater. However
the compact layer begins to appear loose and is finally filled with 90% of the thickness range with increasing the treated time and thickness
