合金层厚度4.7mm
所得轴瓦材料剪切强度为10 0MPa左右
抗拉强度为60MPa
伸长率为17.2 %
满足了使用要求。
Abstract
The determination of processing parameters for Al-Pb-steel bearing materials in continuous casting depending on the experience can be gotten by taking a series of trials in practical production
which is difficult to get bearing materials with good comprehensive performance.An optimization method to continuous casting for the bearing materials was put forward by GA based on matlab artificial neural network based on the data from the experience.
