The process on characteristics of oxygen-free copper contact wire were studied. The results show that the resistivity of contact wire is effected by Fe evidently and will become unqualified when w(Fe) arrives at 20~30×10 -6 . S、H、O effect the strength and resistivity rarely
nevertheless
effect the Elongation evidently. The situation can be worse when w(S) is up to 38×10 -6
