摘要

新一代闪烧脱蜡炉的原理是

从壳模组中熔化出来的模料直接进入充满惰性气体的阻燃室

模料温度迅速下降

不会燃烧。新型闪烧脱蜡炉实现了型壳脱蜡与焙烧合二为一

模料回收率高

节能约20%。另外

我国年产生型壳废料将近100万t

废壳利用是当务之急。介绍国内外在废壳利用方面的最近进展。

Abstract

The working principle of a new type flash-burning dewaxing furnace was expounded.Molten pattern materials from shell-pattern sets that were directly filled into ignition-proof chamber with full inertial gas was not be ignited due to the immediate decrease of pattern material temperature.The new type flash-burning dewaxing furnace possesses the feature of mold shell dewaxing and baking

realizing the high reclamation rate of pattern materials

saving energy about 20%.In addition

the last progress in recycle of waste shell aboard and home was introduced.
