用中频炉和工频炉多炉熔炼
比反射炉熔炼具有含气量少
氧化烧损小的特点
一般可降低烧损率3%左右
多包底注式浇注
一次性浇注铜液质量达120t
浇注时尽量减少二次氧化
为达到螺旋桨毂顺序凝固
在浇注到冒口1/3处时
采用添加高温铜液
以利于补缩
通过以上的方法可以生产了同合格的螺旋桨。
Abstract
The impeller for ship was manufactured with corrosion-resistance ZCuAl9Fe4Ni4Mn2 alloy.Compared to smelt by reflection furnace
the ZCuAl9Fe4Ni4Mn2 alloy smelted by main frequency furnace and industrial frequency furnace and using Al
2
O
3
as substrate can realize low gas content and reduce oxidation burning loss to about 3%.Once-through pouring liquid Cu can reach 120 tons through multi-ladle pouring
in which it is necessary to reduce second-oxidation during pouring.To obtain the direction solidification microstructure of impeller
the elevated liquid Cu was used to feed the runner
which is helpful to the feeding when the liquid Cu reaches the distance from 1/3 runner.Using the above-mentioned measures
the qualified impeller can be successfully manufactured with the CO
