反应产物由TiB2 、Al3 Ti和Al2 O3 组成
其中Al3 Ti为棒状物
TiB2 、Al2 O3 为细小颗粒
粒径为数μm左右。同时分析了球磨时间、预紧实度对反应产物的影响规律。
Abstract
The synthesis process and mechanism of aluminum matrix composites fabricated by XD method in Al-TiO
2-B
2O
3 reaction system were investigated.The results indicated that the green perform combusted at the temperature of 1 000K and the reacted products were composed of grains Al
2O
3 and TiB
2 and rod-like Al
3Ti phase
when the B
2O
3/TiO
2 mole ratio was less than one.The effect of milling time and green density on the product structure were also discussed.
