Be对7475铝合金组织及性能的影响
摘要
采用再结晶退火和时效硬化两种热处理方式
研究了Be对7475铝合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明
0.023%的Be能细化7475铝合金晶粒
提高其综合力学性能
并能提高再结晶温度
延长再结晶孕育期
降低再结晶速度
同时还加快了该合金的时效硬化进程。
Abstract
The microstructure and mechanical properties of the 7475 aluminum alloy with 0.023% Be addition heat treated by recrystalization annealing and ageing hardening were researched.The results showed that 0.023% Be addition can refine the grain and improve the comprehensive mechanical properties and recrystallization temperature
and extend recrystallization inoculation period and decrease recrystallization rate
meanwhile
promote the ageing hardening process of the alloy.
