摘要

根据实际生产中存在的问题

对2台DN80～1000mm管模内壁打点机的打点机构、托轮、托轮驱动装置进行技术改造。改造后打点深度平均提高0.10mm

打点直径平均增大1.5mm

而铸管冷隔重皮占废品比例由43%降为8%

同时降低了能耗故障率。

Abstract

The bracket wheel

bracket wheel driving equipment of two kinds of DN-100 mm pit-machiner for internal wall of pipe mould was conducted technological improvement aiming at the problems encountered in practical production.The pit-depth and pit-diameter of improved pit-machiner were increarsed by 0.10 mm and 1.5 mm everagely

respectively

while the cold-shut and re-layer of pipe in waste product rate was decreased to 5% from 43%

meanwhile

the work-out rate and energy-comsuption were decreased also.
