a finite differential model was developed to analyze the heat and solidification and to control process of continuous casting
considering the relationship between thermo-physical parameters of steel with temperature. The rational temerature and secondary water quantity distribution can be realized by optimizing the secondary water based on continuous casting principle and objective control method
obtaining the optimum billet quality
and aiming at the solidification characteristics of different steel series
the design of mold flux was conducted. The calculated value is well in agreement with the measured ones.It was researched to the effects of some parameters
including pouring temperature
drawing velocity
secondary water quantity
on the surface temperature of billet
liquid-core length and solidified shell thickness as well as effects of pouring technology on properties of mold flux.
