Abstract
A die temperature controller which uses heating medium oil with high temperature to control the die temperature of magnesium was introduced.Aimed at the requirements of the die temperature control
the principle of the die temperature controller was introduced
and the design of key parts of the controller as well as the structure of the control system was described.The fuzzy control algorithm was employed to control on-off time ratio for heating and cooling to realize an optimized effect on the basis of the features of often replacement.The quality of magnesium alloy can be obviously improved by the equipment.
