摘要

混合粘结剂采用硅酸乙酯水解液、硅溶胶以及活性剂酒精混合而成。混合粘结剂用于型壳的1

层

而加固层采用水玻璃粘结剂。采用混合粘结剂制壳的优点是

不用氨气化学硬化

而型壳干燥比硅溶胶快

层间干燥时间通常不超过1h。混合粘结剂的的应用

缩短了制壳生产周期

提高了精铸件的质量

改善了劳动条件

减少了环境污染

大幅度降低了生产成本。

Abstract

The mixed binder

which is composed of ethyl silicate solution

sol silicate and active alcohol

was applied for one to three layers of mold shells while the sodium silicate binder was applied for reinforced layer.The mixed binder for shell making has the advantages as follows: it dosen’t need NH

chemical hardening and has faster drying time than sol silicate

which is low than 1 hour in drying time of layers.Using the mixed binder can shorten the shell making period

improve the quality of the investment casting

improve the work condition

and reduce the circumstance pollution and production cost.
