对力学性能试棒进行了测试分析。结果表明,同一工艺参数下大多数扁试棒的抗拉强度略高于圆试棒;同一种材料或同一个压铸件,选好工艺参数可最大限度地发挥材料的作用,获得理想的力学性能;试棒中心部分的结晶组织对强度的影响较大,表面激冷层对抗拉强度的影响较小;常见冶金缺陷发生在压铸件内部对力学性能的影响比处在表皮附近的影响小。
The measurements for mechanical properties of testing bar were conducted.The results shows that tensile strength of major flat bars are slightly higher than that of round bar at the same processing parameters.The processing parameters have the significant effects on the mechanical properties for a identical materials and die casting components.The hearted part microstructure has the obvious effects on the tensile strength while chilling surface microstructure has the slight effect.The conventional defects occurred in heart part lower more affects the mechanical properties than in surface.
