摘要

针对铝硅合金制品的螺旋振动抛光工艺进行了研究

开发了一种成本低廉、性能良好的新型抛光剂PPG-1。试验结果表明

这种新型抛光剂的抛光效果明显优于传统的ZJP型抛光剂。XRD物相分析表明

抛光剂PPG-1抛光后在制品表面形成了一层有机复合保护膜

有效地阻止了表面进一步氧化

从而保证制品表面光泽明亮。

Abstract

A kind of polishing agent PPG-1 with cost-effective and high performance suitable for Al-Si alloy products was developed based on spiral vibration polishing processing. The experiment shows that the polishing agent is obviusly superior to tranditional ZJP agent in polishing effects.The phase analysis by XRD indicates that an organic compound protective film was formed on the surface of polished products to effectively prevent the product from oxidation so that the surface lightness was kept.
