通过SEM分析手段,研究了液固反应法制备的Al-Ti-C晶粒细化剂的组织特征,并通过不同Ti/C的Al-Ti-C晶粒细化剂的细化效果比较,确定Al-Ti-C合金的最佳成分范围;分析了Al熔体凝固过程的形核过冷度、以及α-Al形核与长大驱动力,探讨了凝固过程中α-Al细化机制。结果表明:细化效果决定于TiC的数量、形核活性及晶粒生长限制因子的综合作用。
Microstructure of Al-Ti-C master alloy prepared by liquid-solid reaction method were observed through SEM analysis,and the optimized scope of chemical composition was determined through the comparison of the refining effects of Al-Ti-C master alloy with various ration of Ti to C.The nucleation undercooling rate of aluminum melt,the driving force of nucleation and growth and refining mechanism of alpha aluminum phase during solidification were analyzed.The results showed that refining effects is dependent on the comprehensive role among TiC quantity,nucleation activity and the restrained factors for grain growth.
