摘要

介绍采用砂浆自硬型芯工艺

制造带有深槽孔精密铸件的成功实例。自硬型芯粉料采用专业厂生产的JXR型粉料。自硬型芯用砂浆配制简便

铸件槽孔表面光洁

型芯清理方便。

Abstract

The investment castings with deep slot hole having clear surface were successfully manufactured with sand-slurry self-hardening core

in which self-hardening core adopted JXR powder material from special plant.The results showed that sand slurry for self-hardening core can be simply made up

and mold core can be easily cleaned.
