新型牙科铸钛专用包埋料的研制
摘要
研究了自制磷酸盐包埋料焙烧温度与膨胀率及膨胀系数之间
焙烧温度、固化时间与抗拉强度之间的关系
以及室温条件下一次包埋时包埋料与纯钛的界面反应情况。结果表明:包埋料的最大凝固膨胀率为0.1%
800℃的热膨胀率为0.46%
总膨胀率为0.56%
完全可以满足实际义齿铸造的要求。焙烧后抗拉强度在0.3

.35MPa之间
正常固化24h后
包埋料的抗拉强度为2.35MPa
已经能够满足铸造过程的需要。Zr、P元素在纯钛中的扩散很小
可以忽略不计。金属元素Mg的扩散深度约为6μm
Al的扩散深度约为20μm
Si的扩散深度约为15μm
可以通过表面处理来保证铸件质量。
Abstract
The relationships between baking temperature of self-developed prosthodontia investment and expansion rate
expansion coefficient as well as and solidifying time
tensile strength were investigated
and the interface reaction of investment material with pure Ti at ambient temperature one-cladding was observed.The result shows that the investment materials can completely meet the requirement of actual false teeth manufacturing due to its maximum solidifying expansion rate of 0.1% and thermal expansion rate of 0.46[WTXT]% at 800 ℃ as well as totally expansion rate of 0.56%.Tensile strength of baked materials is in the range of 0.3~0.35 MPa
and the tensile strength of the materials is 2.35 MPa after solidified for 24 hours
which can meet the demand of casting process.Zr and P can be ignored due to its little diffusion in pure Ti.The castings quality can be controlled by surface treatment for Mg spreading depth of 6 μm
