摘要

采用宏观微观耦合的方法

建立了宏微观统一的数学物理模型[直接差分（DirectDifference）元胞自动控制（CellularAutomaton）模型

即CADD模型]

模拟了热型连铸过程中晶粒的竞争生长过程

并研究了不同工艺参数对固液界面形状及晶粒竞争生长的影响。模拟结果表明

采用宏微观耦合的方法模拟热型连铸过程中微观组织的演化过程以及各种工艺参数对组织形成的影响是有效、可行的。

Abstract

A coupled macro-microcosmic model （direct difference -cellular automaton model

namely CA-DD model） was built up to simulate the competitive growth process of crystal in heated mould continuous casting based on macro-microcosmic coupling method.The effects of processing parameters on the liquid-solid interface morphology and crystal competitive growth were investigated also.The results indicate that macro-microcosmic coupling method is efficient and feasible for simulating the microstructure evolution and effects of variables on microstructure formation.
