抗拉强度与添加Al-5Ti-1B熔炼的6063铝合金相当
而伸长率提高20%
并可获得更优异的表面性能。
Abstract
Grain-refining aluminum ingots with Ti contents lower than 0.2% were produced by direct electrolysis
in which TiO
2
was added into electrolytic pool for pure aluminum.The structure and properties of 6063 alloy produced with the grain-refining aluminum ingot were investigated.The results show that 6063 aluminum alloy with Ti addition by electrolyte has the advantages of low cost.The 6063 aluminum profile produced with grain-refining aluminum ingots whose surface performance and mechanical properties can fully meet the requirements of GB/T 5237 have fine and uniform grain.The tensile strength of 6063 aluminum alloy refined by both grain-refining aluminum ingot -RE and grain-refining aluminum ingot-Re-B is equivalent to that of the 6063 alloy refined by Al-5Ti-B master alloy while increased by 20% in elongation
