Abstract
A new abrasion material-Al

O
3
ceramics near to diamond in hardness was introduced.The abrasion material can be subjected to high pressure during abrasion so that the faster the abrasive velocity is
the longer the service life of the abrasive tool is.The advent of microreplication abrasive belt has changed the way of abrasive particle adhering on the substrate belt and added abrasive agent on the abrasive belt
which can improve the abrasive efficiency and extend the service life.
