探讨了3种加料方式下熔体反应的热力学机理。试验表明在充分反应的情况下
3种加料方式制备Al-Ti-B中间合金的相结构相同;在先加KBF4的情况下
熔体中将出现AlB2相
不过在有溶解钛的条件下
经充分反应其将会最终转换为TiB2相;混合加料形成第二相(TiAl3
TiB2)最为直接。
Abstract
The reaction mechanism of Al-Ti-B system prepared with pure Ti particle was investigated
and the ther-mo-dynamics of melt reaction for three kinds of addition ways were approached. The experimental results show that Al-Ti-B master alloys prepared by three kinds of addition ways possess the same phase structure in case of complete reaction. Although the A1B2 phase occurs in the melt a-head of adding KBF4
it is finally converted into TiB2 phase through completely melt reaction with Ti soluted in aluminum melt. The forming of second phase (TiAl3
TiB2) is the fastest in the condition of mixing addition.
