Because Carbon-steel-structure water container for NH4-cleaning tower in synthesized NHL plant did not meetthe requirements of heat-exchange

5454 aluminum water container was adopted to enhance the heat exchange effects and to improve the working condition in the tower. The application indicates that using 5454 aluminum water container can not only improve NH4 production volume and save cooling water volume but also extend the service life of the water container and reduce the frequency of the water-container-cleaning and replacement. The feasibility of the way was analyzed by relevant measurement and data calculation.
