摘要
针对Zn合金压铸时采用M300耐蚀模具钢出现的喷嘴早期失效问题
通过组织分析
发现喷嘴材料中存在着大量的夹杂物与网状碳化物的缺陷以及M300材料本身的高温回火脆性
是喷嘴失效的主要原因。而由于压铸时高速高压Zn合金熔体与M300材料之间产生化学反应
生成FeZn相的腐蚀产物
在打料时腐蚀出沟槽
Zn合金熔体冲击力诱发沟槽裂纹的扩展
也促使发生早期失效。基于此
还提出了提高喷嘴使用寿命的措施。
Abstract
The failure of M300 steel for nozzle body in zinc alloy die casting machine was investigated.The failure is contributed to amounts of inclusions and net-like carbon in M300 steel as well as tempered brittlity of M300 steel at high temperatures.Meanwhile
Fe-Zn corrosive compound formed by chemical action between zinc alloy melt with M300 steel during high velocity and pressure can erode crack on M300 steel nozzle to induce the propagation of the crack by impacting force of the zinc alloy melt
which can result in the failure of the M300 steel nozzle.The countermeasures of improving the service life of the nozzle body were proposed.
