前者与后者相比
铸造工艺规律性较强。根据多年的生产实践经验
借助计算机凝固模拟分析技术
对典型的常见形状厚壁铸件按轴套类、轴瓦类、斗帽类、滑块类、轮系类、阀体类、窄板类进行分类
并给出了较为成熟的铸造工艺模式。通过对常见形状厚壁铸件规律性的分析
在保证产品质量的前提下
找出既能使产品得到充分补缩
又能使冒口易于切割;既能使工装、操作工序简洁
又能获得较高的工艺出品率的方法。
Abstract
Thick-walled copper alloy castings can be ranked as conventional shape casting and abnormal shape casting from shape.Compared with the abnormal shape castings
the conventional shape castings possess high casting processing regulation.The casting technologies for typical conventional shape thick-walled castings were introduced
including axle sleeve
bearing bush
hopper
slider
wheel
valve and narrow plate
from practical experiences based on CAE.The proposed casting method can not only be fully feed but also be free cut for riser as well as taking simple assemble and operation and obtaining higher production volume rate through the analysis of regulation in the castings in the condition of ensuring casting product.
