摘要

原位（In Situ）反应制备技术已成为金属基复合材料领域的研究热点。综合论述了利用原位反应技术的各种制备方法

包括自蔓延燃烧反应法、放热弥散法、接触反应法、气液反应合成法、直接熔体氧化法、机械合金化法、浸渗反应法、LSM混合盐反应法以及原位表面复合层的制备方法。分析了研究热点及难点。

Abstract

In-situ reaction preparing technique is a hot-point in the research of metal matrix composites （MMCs）.This paper reviews the methods of preparation by in-situ reaction technique

includes SHS

VLS

DIMOX

LSM

PRIMEX methods and the preparing method of in-situ surface composite layer. Analysis and studies are carried out on hot-point and thorny issues.
