发现缺陷产生的部位
主要发生在铁水充型的最后部位
产生的原因是金属液补充不及时和泡沫模遇热分解气体排逸不顺畅造成的。为此采取提高耐火材料的耐火度
增大硅砂的粒度
合理控制浇注速度等方法
基本消除了“薄壁”缺陷
生产出了合格的管件
工艺出品率显著提高
提升了出口铸件的品质等级
取得良好的经济效益。
Abstract
The formation of thin-walled in cast iron pipe in lost foam casting was analyzed.The positions of defects were formed mainly in the last solidification location
which results from the inadequate pouring of liquid metal and badly exhaustion of decomposition of the pattern.The thin-walled defects can be eliminated by improving the fire-resistance of refractory materials
choosing large size silicon sand and controlling the pouring velocity.The results show that the production rate is greatly increased
