Effects of adding ways and addition of Al-5Ti-B master alloy on grain size of 3102 aluminum foils in casting-rolling process are investigated. The results show that the 3102 aluminum alloy billets with uniformly distributed grain below 0.1mm in size can be prepared by adding Ti content of 0.03%
