工艺参数对ECAP镁合金焊接接头性能的影响
摘要
研究了厚度为15mm的等径弯曲通道变形AZ31镁合金的搅拌摩擦焊工艺
对焊缝的成形特点和力学性能进行了分析。试验结果表明:工艺参数对于焊缝成形有很大的影响
当焊接速度为37·5mm/min和搅拌头旋转速度为750r/min时
接头平均抗拉强度为母材的91%
旋入侧与旋出侧的硬度值有明显差异
接头区域的硬度值均低于母材
在热影响区域附近出现一个峰值。拉伸断口形貌表现出韧性断裂特征。
Abstract
Friction stirring welding (FSW) of AZ31 magnesium alloy in ECAP with a thickness of 15 mm has been investigated
and the formation characteristics and mechanical properties of welding joint have been analyzed. The results indicate that average tensile strength of the welding joint is 91% of that of base materials with welding speed of 37.5 mm/min and rotating speed of 750 r/min of welding pin. The hardness of joint is greatly different in advancing side and in retreating side
however
which is lower than that of the base materials
and the maximum values can be observed at about thermal effect zone. Tensile fracture morphology is characterized by ductile rupture.
