通过自制的双筒旋转粘度计对过共晶ZL117合金的表观粘度进行了研究。结果表明,随着保温温度的降低,即固相率的升高,ZL117合金浆料的表观粘度随之增加;随着搅拌电流的增加,其表观粘度先降低,在搅拌电流为14A左右时达到最低,然后增大;随着冷却速度的增大,其表观粘度增大。
We have developed a contour rotary viscometer to investigate steady apparent viscosity of hypereutectic ZL117 alloy. The results indicate that with the decrease of holding temperature, that is the increase of solid fraction, the steady apparent viscosity of the alloy slurry is increased. With the increase of stirring rate, the steady apparent viscosity is firstly decreased to the minimum value at about 14A, then increased. In addition, the steady apparent viscosity of the alloy slurry can be improved with raising the cooling rate.
