H90/钢反向凝固复合带的组织与性能
摘要
研究了反向凝固法生产的H90-钢-H90复合带的组织结构、界面形态以及力学性能
探讨了界面结合机理。通过金相和扫描电镜观察发现
H90复合层的组织为等轴晶粒
钢带的组织在复合前后未发生变化
复合界面处Cu和Fe发生了扩散
Zn未发生扩散
扩散层较薄
大约为4μm。经弯曲试验和多道次小变形量冷轧试验表明
复合带的界面结合牢固;力学性能测试结果表明
不同复合层厚度的复合带
力学性能略有差异
但均能达到GB5213-85所规定的F级深冲钢板的力学性能要求。
Abstract
Microstructure
interfacial morphology and mechanical properties of H90/steel/H90 cladding strip in inversion solidification have been investigated
and the bonding mechanism on interface has been expounded. The observation of optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) indicate that the microstructure in H90 cladding is composed of equi-axed grain
and the microstructure change of steel strip has not been observed before and after cladding
and interface layer with 4μm in thickness is generated
in which the diffusion of Cu and Fe into interface and the diffusion-absent of Zn have been observed. Bending test and multi-pass small-reduction cold-roll show that the interface of cladding strip is firmly bonded. Tensile test shows that although there exists slightly difference in mechanical properties among the cladding strips with varied cladding thickness
all them can meet the requirements of GB5213-85 for F-grade deep-drawing steel sheet.
