研究了非真空熔炼条件下制备块体非晶合金的方法,并设计研制出配套装置。采用非真空条件下高纯流动氩气保护熔炼,再利用外界产生的负压通过导管将玻璃熔体引入紫铜模具内快速冷却制备试样。选用工业纯度的Mg、Cu、Y原材料和Mg65Cu25Y10合金进行试验,成功制备出直径为3mm的完全非晶棒状试样,经检验表明其玻璃转变温度为422K,合金晶化温度为468K。
We have developed a method with auxiliary e-quipment to prepare bulky amorphous alloy by suction casting with copper mould under non-vacuum melting conditions, in which high pure argon flow was employed to protect melting of’alloy, and then the glass melt is introduced into a copper mould to rapidly form a sample or a part through a tube based on negative pressure. The Mg65Cu25Y10 amorphous alloy rod with diameters of 3 mm has been prepared successfully with commercial raw materials using the method. Compared with the other preparing methods, the method has the features of low equipment cost, simple process and convenient operation.
