硝酸盐分解法制备Al2O3/Cu复合材料的组织和性能
摘要
探索了在不同浓度的Al(NO3)3溶液中加入Cu粉
搅拌至糊状
在80℃干燥后
在H2保护气氛下加热至500℃使得Al(NO3)3分解成Al2O3
所得粉末在真空烧结机中加热到800℃
制备出Al2O3弥散强化铜基复合材料。研究了Al2O3含量对该复合材料各种性能的影响规律
结果表明:随着Al2O3含量的增加
材料的电导率下降;当Al2O3含量达1.0%时
材料的硬度达到最大值
而密度随Al2O3含量的增加而下降。
Abstract
A new preparation method was developed to prepare Al
2
O
3
particle reinforced Cu matrix composites
where Cu powder is added into Al(NO
3
)
3
solution with dfferent Al(NO
3
)
3
concentration and stirred to be paste to be dried at 80 ℃
and then the Al(NO
3
)
3
is decomposed into Al
2
O
3
particle at 500 ℃ in hydrogen atmosphere
then the powder is heated up to composites.The effects of Al
2
O
3
content on the properties of the composites have been examined.The results show that with increasing in Al
2
O
3
content
the decreased.Meanwhile
the maximum value of the hardness of composites can be obtained with 1% Al
