摘要

为了改善某合金厂生产的Fe-Ni定膨胀合金质量

对合金成分进行了改进

加入少量稀土。对改进后的试样进行了化学成分分析和显微组织形貌分析。化学成分分析显示加入混合稀土镧镨铈后能使C、S、O含量比水平连铸样品降低一半以上

S、O含量和电渣重熔后效果相当

因此加入混合稀土镧镨铈有很好的除S、O效果。EPMA分析显示夹杂物数量降低

尺寸减小

并以小颗粒球状分布。

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of Fe-Ni expansion alloy produced by an alloy plant

we have made the improvement of alloy composition to join a few rare earth to alloy. We made chemical composition analysis and microstructure appearance analysis to improved samples. Chemical composition analysis showed that the joins of the mixed rare earth can be able to cause C

O content decreased more than half compared to the HCC casting samples

O content of improved samples and S

O content after ESR quite . So that it is a good method to decrease gas content. It is showed that inclusions’ number and size decreased

and the distribution is small spherical particles by EPMA analysis.
