电熔剂法净化处理铝熔体的试验研究
摘要
用正交试验方法研究了电熔剂法净化处理铝熔体的影响因素
以铝熔体中的夹杂含量为考察指标
通过对试验数据的极差和方差分析
确定了最佳工艺组合及不同影响因素的显著性
并对电熔剂法净化机理进行了初步分析。结果表明
熔剂层厚度是影响净化效果的最主要因素
最佳的工艺条件为:熔剂层厚度为30mm
流股直径为7mm
电流强度为15A
精炼温度为700℃。
Abstract
Factors influencing purification of molten aluminum alloy by electro-flux have been investigated byorthogonal testing. Optimized processing parameters and remarkable characters among different influential factors were determined by range analysis and variance analysis of experimental data using inclusion contents in molten aluminum as referent index. Meanwhile
the purified mechanism of electro-flux has been approached. The results show that the dominant factor influencing purified effects is flux thickness. The optimized processing parameters are as follows: flux thickness of 30 mm
