Abstract

Developing status of small-middle typical enterprises from lost foam casting

such as Citation Foam

Irish Foundry and Mueller in the U.S.A was described

focusing on multi-functional support bracket

variance-speed housing from Citation Foam and aluminum alloy pin

cast aluminum sprayed nozzle from Irish Foundry to exhibit the advantages of lost foam casting.The process of producing valve body at the Muller was introduced in detail from selection of foamed materials and coating and raw sand

set of processing parameters

design and optimization of gating system and pouring temperature.
