研究了喷射沉积SiC颗粒增强Al-8·5Fe-1·3V-1·7Si板材的轧制工艺。探索了板材轧制过程中材料的密度变化规律及室温力学性能,通过金相、扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了其微观组织。研究表明,材料的致密化程度、轧制温度、轧制过程中道次压下量对材料的轧制性能有着重要影响。通过优化轧制工艺最终获得了良好的室温力学性能:490℃热轧材料的抗拉强度为535MPa,断后伸长率为7%。
Rolling process of spray deposited SiC particulates reinforced Al-8. 5 Fe-1. 3 V-1. 7 Si aluminum sheet has been investigated. The density change and mechanical properties during the rolling process at ambient temperature were examined, and its microstructure was observed by SEM and TEM. It is found that the compactness, rolling temperature and pass reduction play a significant role in rolling properties of the composites. The composites with tensile strength of 35 MPa and elongation of 7% can be obtained by optimizing rolling processing parameters.
