以及浇注系统和脱模等要求
设计分型面。采用“中心展开浇道系统”
内浇道设置在压铸件较厚处
以利于压力传递、金属液的充填和补缩。溢流排气系统都设置在金属液直接冲击的地方或者死角区
以防止产生涡流
稳定流态
有利于废气和冷污金属液排出。推杆均匀地分布在铸件各部位较厚处
使铸件各部位所受推力均衡
避免铸件变形。
Abstract
Aluminum motorcycle left-cover has the features of uniform wall-thickness and large profile dimension. Parting surface was designed in terms of the shape
dimension of the parts and requirements of gating system and die-released. Center-spreading gating system was adopted
and ingate was designed at thick location of the parts
which is helpful to transferring pressure and to filling and feeding of liquid aluminum alloy. Meanwhile
an over-flow exhausting system is set at the position where is a blind corner or is directly impacted by liquid aluminum alloy to ensure smoothly filling
which is beneficial to exhausting gas and waste-liquid alloy. Push-bar was homogeneously set at the thick position of parts to ensure uniform push-pressure to avoid the deformation of the parts.
