根据流体动力学的基本原理,讨论了压铸动力学过程及p-Q2图的形成。采用C++语言开发了一套p-Q2图绘制系统。当给定某一压铸系统机床部分的工艺参数及与之匹配的模具部分工艺参数,即可绘制出该压铸系统的p-Q2图,得到压力和流量的适用范围,从而为浇注系统设计进行事前评定提供依据。如选定:压射缸直径为100mm,压室直径为80mm,冲头的最大压射压力为48MPa,空压射速度为2300mm/s,液态铝合金的密度为2500kg/m3,流量系数为0·6,内浇道截面积为92mm2,则由此绘制出该压铸系统的p-Q2图,给出压力p的适用范围为27·735·1MPa,流量Q的适用范围为8·49·2L/s。
Dynamics and creation of p-Q2 diagram in diecasting were expounded based on the hydrodynamic theory.p-Q2 diagram design system was developed by means of C++ program.The system can calculate available scope of p and Q to provide an evaluated reference for design of gating system with a given parameters of die and presser.
