采用透射电镜观察了2618耐热铝合金形变热处理(TMA)前后的显微组织
分析了形变热处理对2618铝合金中的时效析出相S′的细化作用
探讨了2618铝合金形变热处理后晶界附近无沉淀析出带宽度明显减小的原因
并对形变热处理的热力学进行了分析。
Abstract
The microstructures of 2618 aluminum alloy after and before TMA have been observed by TEM
and the refining effects of the TMA on aging precipitates S′in 2618 aluminum alloy have been revealed. The reason for obviously decreasing the PFZ around the grain boundary in TMA 2618 aluminum alloy has been approached
and the thermo-kinetic behavior of the TMA was described.
