摘要

在调研当前国内熔模铸造企业生产管理模式的基础上

分析了当前熔模铸造企业管理中存在着的一些问题

结合熔模铸造企业管理流程及现代ERP的思想

开发出一套包括订单、销售、生产、库存、设备、人事工资、客户关系等管理模块的ERP熔模铸造企业管理信息系统。该系统为国内熔模铸造企业管理的信息化改革提供了一套解决方案。

Abstract

An ERP management information system for investment casting enterprises was developed including order

sale

production

stock

human resource and customer relationship and so on

based on the investigation of present investment casting enterprise management mode on production and the analysis of management problems in the enterprise combining with management procedure and current ERP idea.The ERP system offers a set of resolution map for investment casting enterprises

obtaining desirable effects by applying into some enterprises.
