检验其实际使用情况并与国外公司Spectro、ARL的同类产品精度进行了分析比较。结果表明

测定试样的重现性较高
仪器长期稳定性好
完全满足金属冶金、铸造过程及最终检验需要
还可节约大量的标定时间和试剂;对不锈钢中元素的测定
其精度达到国外同类产品的先进水平。
Abstract
Direct-reading spectrometer is an effective equipment for metal analysis. How to determine the technical specification of DF-100 direct-reading spectrometer for analysis of stainless steel is described. Through inspection service comparing with the similar equipments precision of overseas companies
such as Spectro and ARL ect
the results show that the performance curve of DF-100 direct-reading spectrometer satisfies long-term use and doesn’t need to be re-draw. The determination of sample reproductivity is high and the instrument is stable during long-term stability service. It can not only meet the requirment of stainless steel analysis
but also save the massive demarcation time and chemical reagents. The analytical precision of element determination of stainless steel is level with overseas similar equipments.
