近共晶Al-Si多元合金磷吸收率的研究
摘要
研究了近共晶ZL109多元合金磷变质处理时
变质温度、含磷中间合金及其加入量对磷吸收率的影响。结果表明
采用Al-3P或者Cu-8P中间合金时
磷吸收率均随变质温度的升高而显著提高;在相同的试验条件下
采用Al-3P中间合金时磷吸收率明显高于Cu-8P中间合金。
Abstract
The effect of temperature
containing-phosphorus master alloys and their addition levels on the recovery of P was investigated in this paper. It has been found that the recovery of P goes up evidently with increasing melting temperature by addition of Al-3P or Cu-8P master alloy
under the same experimental condition
the recovery of P in ZL109 modified by Al-3P master alloy is much higher than that of Cu-8P master alloy.
