是镁合金的重要强化手段之一。通过对纯镁进行挤压铸造和挤压变形联合成形工艺的研究
结果表明
纯镁在150MPa压力下挤压铸造后
经挤压比为10的挤压变形
可获得平均粒径为7.9μm的细小、均匀的等轴晶组织
其常温力学性能达到了WE43AMB合金T6状态的水平。
Abstract
Grain refinement can obviously improve the mechanical properties of magnesium
which is a approach to strengthen magnesium alloy. The effects of squeezing casting combining with squeezing deformation on the microstructure and mechanical properties of pure magnesium have been investigated. The results show that the fine and uniform equiaxed grain with 7.9 μm in average diameters in the pure magnesium can be generated
and its mechanical properties at room temperature are equivalent to that of T6 treated WE43AMB magnesium alloy
by squeezing casting at 150 MPa and squeezing deformation with squeezing ratio of 10.
