感应熔涂用保护涂料的研究

针对冷敷涂层感应熔涂的工艺要求
参照有关金属加热用保护涂层文献
设计出几种保护涂层配方。经各种性能测试和分析
得出最佳成分(质量分数)为75%的SiO2、15%的B2O3
10%的Al2O3
外加铝粉和MgO等10%。高频感应熔涂初步试验在工件侧面上获得的合金熔涂层厚度达0.5

且显微硬度分布均匀
证实了保护涂层有防氧化、防合金流失的作用。
Abstract
Some kinds of protective coatings for induction cladding with cold compression processing were developed. The optimized chemical compositions in the coatings are 75% SiO2
15%B2O3
10% Al2O3 and 10% Al powder
MgO. The high-frequency induction cladding experiment verify that the cladding coating with 0.5

.6 mm thick can be generated on the working side-surface
where the micro-hardness can be uniformly distributed
showing the role of oxidization resistant and alloy loss-proof of the protective coatings.
