摘要

针对工艺质量达8·9t的大型铜螺母的结构特点

通过严格控制化学成分

理论结合实践经验控制离心机主机转速为870～925r/min

浇注温度控制在1040～1080℃

浇水冷却等措施

成功铸出南钢3·5m轧机中的高强度黄铜螺母。

Abstract

Aiming at the structure features of large copper screw nut with 8.9 tons in weight

the brass screw nut with high strength was successfully manufactured for rolling machine of Nanjing Steel Company through strictly controlling chemical composition in the screw nut and using rotating speed of 870～925 r/min

and pouring at 1 040～1 080 ℃ as well as cooling with water.
