采用高频感应氧化法对TC4钛合金在高活性干空气流动场中进行氧化处理
生成了氧化膜层
研究了不同处理温度和处理时间对氧化膜层的影响
并通过SEM观察及XRD分析
研究了膜层形貌及其结构。结果表明
温度和时间对氧化膜层的形成有显著影响
在800~1000℃的处理温度范围内
可在较短的时间内获得结构致密的氧化膜;氧化膜的氧化生长动力学呈抛物线形式
膜层的相由TiO2和α-Al2O3组成。
Abstract
The effects of different treated temperature and treated time on morphology and structure of oxidized film formed on TC4 alloy by high frequency induction oxidation in high active dry air flow field have been observed by SEM and XRD. The results show that the oxidized film with compact structure can be rapidly formed at 800

composed of TiO2 and α-Al2O3 phase. The oxidation kinetics of the film layer was exhibited the parabolic behavior.
