铝合金压铸用粉状脱模剂的开发与应用
摘要
采用浸润式检测方法
研究了三种不同配比的粉状脱模剂的喷涂性能及脱模性能
并对其最优喷涂工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明
当脱模剂的主要成分配比(质量分数)中
滑石粉为50%
石墨为25%
氮化硼为15%
微晶蜡及其他成分为10%时
其喷涂性能及脱模性较好;所有浸入铝液的钢板表面均有粘铝现象
钢板预热温度为230℃时
表面粘铝最多
而预热温度为270℃时最少。优化后的合适喷涂工艺参数中
模具预热温度为270℃
静置固化时间为10s。
Abstract
Spraying and releasing properties of three kinds of powder release agent were examined by dipping aluminum melt method
and the spraying parameters were optimized.The results revealed that the release agent exhibits excellent spraying and releasing properties when its compositions consist of 50% talcum powder
25% graphite
15%BN powder
10% additive and the rest.Aluminum-sticking would appears in all of steel plate immersed into liquid aluminum
in which the most serious surface aluminum-sticking can be observed with preheating steel plate at 230 ℃
while it is the most slight with preheating at 270℃.The optimized spraying effects can be obtained with preheating at 270 ℃ for 10 s.
