合金综合力学性能明显提高;从断口及断口金相的SEM图像上可以看出
复合变质处理后
共晶Si相的形态和分布有显著改善
断裂单元细小
断口上的韧性部分增多
这是综合力学性能提高的主要原因。
Abstract
The ZL101 alloy was modified by means of Al-5Ti-1B and Al-9Sr master alloy. Compared with Sr modification
the Al-5Ti-1B and Al-9Sr master alloy composite modification can remarkably improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the ZL101 alloy. The fracture SEM observation reveals that the grain size of eutectic Si in compositely modified alloy is greatly refined with more distribution
and the unit of fracture become smaller and the ductile zone is increased
which can be responsible for the improvement of mechanical properties of ZL101 alloy.
