摘要
研究了采用内氧化法制备的Al2O3/Cu复合材料在载流条件下的干滑动摩擦磨损性能
结果表明
在相同条件下
Al2O3/Cu复合材料的抗摩擦磨损性能明显优于紫铜;当电流一定时
随着速度与载荷的增加
销试样的磨损率增加
摩擦因数降低。Al2O3/Cu复合材料销试样表层发生了磨粒磨损和粘着磨损
紫铜表层主要发生了粘着磨损。在试验范围内
质量分数为0.60%的Al2O3的Cu基复合材料比质量分数为0.24%的磨损率和摩擦因数低。
Abstract
The dry wear and friction resistance of Al
2
O
3
/Cu composites prepared by internal oxidation method have been examined under the condition of loading.The results revealed that the wear and friction resistance of Al
2
O
3
/Cu composites are superior to that of red copper under the same condition.The weight loss of the samples is increased and friction factor is decreased with increasing in speed and loading at a given current.The abrasive and adhesion wear are observed in surface of Al
2
O
3
/Cu composites samples
while the adhesion wear in surface of red copper is generated.The weight loss and friction factor of the Al
2
O
3
/Cu composites with 0.60% Al
2
O
3
content is lower than that of ones with 0.24% Al
2
O
3
content under the experimental condition.
