低压铸造零件中一些较长、复杂的侧型孔,因轴芯距离长,包紧力大,一次抽出容易造成孔口薄壁部位的变形或拉裂,并使模具外形尺寸较大。为此采用了二级联动抽芯机构:开模时,大滑块静止不动,长抽芯以大滑块为导向先抽出一定距离后,大滑块和长抽芯再一块抽出。这样既缩短了抽芯距离,又分解了起始包紧力,从而有效克服了一次抽芯的弊端。经实践证明,结构经济、合理,适用性强。
The mould structure, gating system and side-core-pulling mechanism of low pressure casting mould were expounded by analyzing structure of diesel engine bracket, especially introducing the application of double-stage linkage core-pulling mechanism to core-pulling in low pressure casting mould. The production verification shows that the mould exhibits economic ment and rational features.
