研究细化剂及其加入量对H65合金材料在铸态、热轧及冷轧状态下组织结构和性能的影响。研究结果表明
两种细化剂对铸态H65合金均有细化效果
能有效减小铸锭晶粒的尺寸;合金的抗拉强度、伸长率及电导率均有不同程度的提高
并且
细化剂对合金的晶粒细化作用对热轧态及冷轧态下H65合金材料的组织性能仍有明显影响。采用细化剂Ⅱ
加入量为0.075%
对H65合金的冷轧带材的综合性能提高明显
0.2mm厚的冷轧带材的抗拉强度可达687.6MPa
比未加细化剂的提高6.4%;伸长率为1.94%
提高6%;电导率为17.6MS/m
提高40.7%。
Abstract
The effects of grain refiners with different content on microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast
hot rolled and cold rolled H65 alloy strip have been investigated. The results indicate that the two kinds of grain refiners can both refine the grain size in as- cast microstructure and improve tensile strength
elongation and electric conductivity of the H65 brass alloy strip. In addition
the refining effects can be evidently remained in hot rolled and cold rolled H65 brass alloy. The tensile strength
elongation and electric conductivity of the cold rolled H65 brass strip with 0.2 mm thick reach 687 MPa
1.94% and 17.6MS/m with 0.075% 2# grain refiner addition
increased by 6.4% and by 6%
by 40.7%
respectively
compared with those of un-refined H65 brass strip.
